  • 8 ounces chow mein noodles
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and mixed vegetables until tender.
  4. Add chicken ham and cooked noodles to the pan.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Add crumbled turkey bacon and green onions. Toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute turkey bacon with tempeh.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables according to your preference.
