A delicious layered dessert combining the flavors of vanilla and speculoos.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup speculoos cookies, crushed
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter and cook until golden on both sides. Repeat until all batter is used.
  3. Layer the crêpes with a mixture of whipped cream and crushed speculoos.
  4. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use a non-stick pan for easier flipping.
  • You can substitute the speculoos cookies with any spiced cookie.
