- 1 large head of cabbage
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chop the cabbage into pieces and layer them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into balls and layer them on top of the cabbage.
