1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
