Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the turkey, stirring to combine.
