Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Top the potatoes with ground beef, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  7. Serve warm.
