  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Drain and cool in ice water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt.
  4. Add the spinach and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
