Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound imitation crab meat
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 4 sheets nori

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
  2. Mix the cooked rice with rice vinegar and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha to make the spicy crab mixture.
  4. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, spread a layer of sushi rice, and add a line of the crab mixture, avocado slices, and cucumber.
  5. Roll the sushi tightly and slice into pieces.
  6. Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can drizzle more sriracha on top before serving.
