  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill the muffin tin with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
