  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Serve the steaks topped with the parmesan cream sauce.
