- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
