Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon cubes on a baking sheet and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a lidded container and freeze for an additional 2 hours.
  4. Scoop and serve.
