These Easy Taco Cups are a fun and delicious way to enjoy all your favorite taco flavors in a convenient cup.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy.
  4. Mix in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
  5. Place each wonton wrapper in a muffin tin to form cups.
  6. Fill each cup with the beef and bacon mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until wrappers are golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream before serving.
