A creamy blend of macaroni salad with the delicious flavors of deviled eggs and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, turkey bacon, and pickle relish.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
