  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for swirling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly into greased mini loaf pans.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the batter, then use a knife to swirl it through.
