- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
