  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onions, carrots, and celery, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add shredded chicken, peas, thyme, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
