  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Coat the salmon with the sauce and then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
