  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat them with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
