- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add eggs one by one to the sugar mixture, mixing well.
