Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each pickle slice first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
