  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in the bacon drippings until translucent.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in potatoes and cook until tender.
  5. Add kale and heavy cream, cooking until kale is wilted.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then stir in crumbled bacon.
