1 package egg roll wrappers
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
oil for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine turkey bacon, cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
