A delicious and comforting dish combining sweet chili flavors with tender chicken thighs served over rice.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Serve the chicken over the cooked rice and drizzle with remaining sauce.
  5. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and lime juice.

Notes

  • For added heat, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
