- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water.
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add sago pearls and cook until translucent, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Strain and rinse the sago pearls under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked sago pearls with chopped strawberries, sugar, coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
