1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
While the meatballs are baking, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine pumpkin puree, chicken broth, sage, thyme, and nutmeg. Stir well until warmed through.
Once the meatballs are done, add them to the pumpkin sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!

For extra flavor, add some grated mozzarella cheese on top before serving.
