  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package turkey bacon
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 16 olive slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Wrap each meatball with a piece of turkey bacon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan while the meatballs are baking.
  7. Once cooked, drizzle marinara sauce on top and place olive slices for eyes.
