A rich and decadent espresso cheesecake that combines the bold flavors of espresso with a creamy cheesecake base.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Add sour cream, brewed espresso, and coffee liqueur until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Top with chocolate shavings or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
