  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate chips, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
