A creamy and delicious take on traditional Potatoes Au Gratin, enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. Pour half of the heavy cream over the layers.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, bacon, ham, and cream.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving for better slicing.
  • You can substitute with any cheese of your choice.
