- 8 small pumpkins
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the pumpkins and scoop out the insides.
- Brush the insides with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce inside each pumpkin.
- Add mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and olives on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until pumpkins are tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
