A delicious and easy recipe for One Pot Chili Mac and Cheese that brings together the heartiness of chili with the creaminess of macaroni and cheese.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground turkey.
  3. Add chicken ham, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and spices. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add macaroni. Cook until tender.
  5. Stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
