  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently fold in melted chocolate until fully blended.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
