  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions
