  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the sliced leeks and sauté until soft.
