Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs served over rice for a quick and tasty meal.

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
