1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
Cut the dough into circles, about 5-6 inches in diameter.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
Place a generous spoonful of the filling on one half of each dough circle.
