  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and all-purpose flour.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with honey and milk.
  4. Add eggs and yeast to the mixture and blend well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture until a dough forms.
  6. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  7. Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. For the filling, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  10. Slice the cake horizontally and layer with whipped cream.
  11. Top with additional almonds and serve.
