  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and brush with olive oil.
  4. Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
