Enjoy a rich and flavorful twist on the classic chicken tikka masala with Gordon Ramsay’s indulgent recipe.

  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice mix
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger; cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in the tikka masala spice mix and cook for 30 seconds to release the aromas.
  4. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with basmati rice or naan for a complete meal.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less tikka masala.
