  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Press the risen dough into a greased baking pan and create dimples on top.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese over the dough.
