  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sugar and butter until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, then add to the wet mixture.
  5. Stir in the cooled coffee until combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
  8. For the frosting, blend powdered sugar, coffee, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
