  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the oats, protein powder, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and milk, and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on the skillet.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
