A delicious recipe for meatballs served in a rich gravy that is perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape mixture into meatballs and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  4. Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Return the meatballs to the skillet and cover. Cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  • For extra flavor, add herbs such as parsley or oregano.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.
