  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and add it to the potato layers.
  4. Add the chicken ham on top of the layers.
  5. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potatoes.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
