This easy creamy scalloped potatoes recipe is perfect for a hearty meal, combining the rich flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 6 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper; heat until warm.
  4. Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, sprinkle with half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham, and half of the cheese.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
  6. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and cream mixture.
  7. Bake for about 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden and potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • Allow to cool slightly before serving for easier slicing.
