A delightful combination of chicken and turkey bacon that freshens up traditional ramen.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add garlic and mushrooms; sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add chicken breasts and simmer until cooked through, then shred.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add to the pot.
  6. Stir in spinach, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon and green onions.
