  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over stuffed mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet.
