- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and stir until combined. The dough will be sticky.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
- Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the Dutch oven and place the dough inside it.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
