A delicious and easy recipe for Rosemary Parmesan Bread made in a Dutch oven with no kneading required.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and stir until combined. The dough will be sticky.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12-18 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
  5. Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the Dutch oven and place the dough inside it.
  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy flavor, add more Parmesan before baking.
