- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
