Drunken Noodles are a delicious stir-fry dish featuring turkey bacon and an array of vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. Add minced garlic and vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the cooked rice noodles, bacon pieces, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Toss everything together to combine.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat level by adding chili flakes if desired.
  • Try adding more vegetables like snap peas or carrots for variety.
